FATHER, REST IN PEACE

FATHER, REST IN PEACE

With deep sorrow, I would like to tell you that my beloved father, Mr. Karnel Crasta (Cornelius Crasta) passed away on 20th of February, 2014.  He was 84 years old. He was ill since two years and was bedridden. We are six children, four sisters and two brothers. All the sisters are and brother are married. My sister-in-law had died nine years ago during the child-birth. My brother has three children - two girls and a boy.

My Father
My father was a loving, kind and caring father. He taught us through his life, words, example and above all values in life. Today I am a priest is because of his love, prayers, support and sacrifice.

"The World and everything in it that people desire is passing away; but those who do the will of God live for ever"     (1 Jn 2: 17).

"Let us keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, on whom our faith depends from beginning to end. he did not give up because of the cross! on the contrary, because of the joy waiting for him, he thought nothing of the disgrace of dying on the cross and now he is seated at the right side of God's throne"     (Heb 12:2).

Eternal Rest O Lord Grand unto him, and perpetual light shine on him. May he rest in peace. Amen.

With gratitude and love

Fr. Raju Felix Crasta
